Hermes Agents

A private, self-hosted personal assistant.

Hermes Agents is a personal automation project run by a single individual on their own hardware. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered to the public, and it has no users other than its owner.

What it does

The project runs locally hosted AI assistants that help their owner manage their own information — drafting and organising email, maintaining a calendar, and working with documents and spreadsheets stored in the owner's own Google account.

• Runs entirely on hardware owned and operated by the account holder
• Accesses only the account holder's own Google data, with their consent
• Shares no data with any third party

Google account access

The application requests access to the owner's own Google account using Google OAuth. Details of which permissions are requested, why, and how the resulting data is handled are set out in the Privacy Policy.
